Cherries

As the school is closed today (Wednesday 13th January) it would be really helpful if you are at home with your child to do as many of these activities as you can together:

read your home/library books
draw and label a picture to show how the home corner could be changed into a space ship
hunt around the house for numbers and shapes and write a list or draw a picture of what you can find
invent a new game using the words from their snakes and ladders game
think of ideas for a machine they can invent to help someone (and write them down or draw a picture)

Cherry Class is a mixed Nursery & Reception Class offering a variety of opportunities and experiences for children aged 3 - 5 years old. The class is based in a purpose built Early Years classroom that is spacious and well equipped to allow different types of learning to take place. The class has its own fenced playground and garden, where the children participate in a variety of outdoor learning activities.
